Commission and payment

The marketplace sets the commission and can customise it at the vendor level.

When the commission is applied

Whenever an order is received, Garnet will check the vendor's commission. When an order is cancelled, the vendor's commission at the time of the order is used. Hence an order cancelled offsets the commission collected when the order is placed.

Default commission

The marketplace can set the default commission in the switch vendor. This commission will be applied to all new vendors that self-register through the invitation link.
